Delivery Information
IL GIARDINO DI LOTO is committed to satisfying your delivery requests throughout Italy either on the same business day as receipt of your order or on the date you indicate, except for BONSAI delivery which requires 72 hours.
For orders intended for delivery outside of Italy, delivery will take place within no more than twenty-four hours following the date on which the order was received.
Information regarding preferred delivery times must be clearly indicated on the order form.
Article 1) It is impossible to predict precise delivery times for orders received during major holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, Saint Valentine’s Day, International Womens’ Day, Mother’s Day, All Souls Day). Deliveries will take place during the business day (between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm) or may be postponed until the following business day in the event that conditions beyond our control interfere with delivery (errors in delivery address, recipient not available, or cell phone turned off and individual unreachable).
Article 2) Complaints regarding the manner in which an order was handled or the quality of the flowers delivered must be lodged no later than forty-eight hours following delivery. After that time, in order to substantiate the problem complained of, photographic documentation must be sent to the offices of IL GIARDINO DI LOTO.
Article 3) In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances completely beyond the control of IL GIARDINO DI LOTO, no refund will be issued.

- the quality and maximum freshness of every product
- delivery on the day requested
- pricing as published on our website
If, despite the above guarantee, the recipient should have any complaint, he or she should contact IL GIARDINO DI LOTO. IL GIARDINO DI LOTO stands behind the quality of the products we deliver.
With this guarantee, we are committed to processing every order with dedication, care, and the highest attention to quality. If you should nonetheless find yourself dissatisfied with the delivery or the quality of your order, we invite you to tell us why. Please drop us a note, not more than five days following the date of delivery, via email: consegnefiori@ilgiardinodiloto.com.
Orders are processed and handled solely by IL GIARDINO DI LOTO.
IL GIARDINO DI LOTO, as set forth in and made effective by Law N. 675, 31 December 1996, informs its clients that personal information furnished by them in the process of placing an order and/or during normal billing procedures are excluded from privacy protection requirements inasmuch as they are collected and maintained solely for accounting and taxation purposes pursuant to EU law, regulations, and directives. Further, such information is collected and maintained for the sole purpose of the precise execution of the obligations imposed upon the vendor by the sales contract in which the buyer is an interested party and/or in order to obtain information necessary to fulfil the purchase contract that becomes effectuated exclusively by buyer’s request (Article 12 (A) and (B), Law 675/96).
